Free Shipping for NZ orders over $150, orders under $150 are a flat rate of $11 for courier or $6.50 for economy.

Free Shipping for International orders over $400, $19 for orders under $400.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the clothing or accessory must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the swing tag attached. To arrange a return email us

Refunds

Once the clothing or accessory is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced clothes may be refunded but sale items can be exchanged unless the item is faulty in which case a full refund will be provided if the item cannot be repaired.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange clothing and accessories within 14 days of purchase. To arrange an exchange please email us. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and we will then send the new item to you free of charge.
