We offer two special services that will accommodate all your clothing needs. 

First we have a made to order service which means that all our styles can be made to order especially for you. Pick out a style that you like, tell us what you want different, ie fabric, neckline, sleeve length, size etc and then we will make it for you.

We have lots of fabric swatches on hand for you to choose from if you'd like a different fabric and can also find other fabrics. You are also welcome to provide your own fabrics. We often have sewists with a big stash who want something made that they either don't have time for or is above their current sewing skill level.

Usual turn around time is 3-4 weeks. Made to order can be done in-store or online by leaving a note at the checkout. Feel free to email if you have any questions or book a consultation with us.

Secondly we have a full custom made service. 

This option means we make something from scratch especially for you. You can come with an idea, images or a garment you want recreated. The sky is the limit and we love seeing the ideas our customers come up with. We will happily work with you to filter through different options and ideas, blend your favourite parts together into a cohesive garment that is designed just for you, your style and taste.

We start with a consultation where we can sit down, look at design ideas, fabric swatches, discuss budget and take measurements. Once the design details are agreed upon we take a 50% deposit before patterns and sewing can be started.

Our next meeting would be with a toile (aka practise run) which means you can get an idea on how the garment would fit and how the style would look on you. At this point we can also make any adjustments needed to ensure the best fit and most flattering style.

Then after that we get started on the real thing. Depending on the complexity of the style there will either be another fitting in the actual garment to do minor tweaks and hem lengths etc or it will be straight on to final fitting and pick up.

The final 50% payment is due upon receipt of the completed garment. This process usually takes 4-5 weeks but if you are needing it in less time please just ask as most times we are able to accommodate.
